You don’t need to go far to find hospitality, lovely sea and a specialized freediving center.
Heading down to south-east Italy, you arrive in an area which divides the Adriatic Sea from the Ionian: Puglia. Along this wonderful coast you find olive groves and vineyards which frame a sea which, for its clearness, is compared to that of the Caribbean.
Near Porto Cesareo, Punto Prosciutto can be found. A characteristic formation gives it its name, and here the ‘Acquamania’ freediving center can be found, founded and managed by instructor Williams Gloria. It has a friendly, professional, welcoming atmosphere offered by the whole group who remind you that good manners still exist and that human relationships can still be at the center of things, even when talking about freediving.
