Discovering Puglia

You don’t need to go far to find hospitality, lovely sea and a specialized freediving center.

Heading down to south-east Italy, you arrive in an area which divides the Adriatic Sea from the Ionian: Puglia. Along this wonderful coast you find olive groves and vineyards which frame a sea which, for its clearness, is compared to that of the Caribbean.

Near Porto Cesareo, Punto Prosciutto can be found. A characteristic formation gives it its name, and here the ‘Acquamania’ freediving center can be found, founded and managed by instructor Williams Gloria. It has a friendly, professional, welcoming atmosphere offered by the whole group who remind you that good manners still exist and that human relationships can still be at the center of things, even when talking about freediving.

Wonderful seas for recreational freediving, easy access to the sea for practice and also the possibility of finding depths for more advanced training- in few words all that is necessary for a real freediving center.

The 8m, 250hp motorized rubber dinghy is a wonderful launchpad towards the blue which will never stop winning you over with all its shades.

Passion, professionality, a human approach and dedicated equipment: what more could you want accompanying you towards your freediving dreams?

A place to explore and a sea to experience fully – in one word: Puglia!
